Purely Elizabeth Gluten Free Mixes


The muffin mix from Purely Elizabeth left us with mixed results. The blueberry muffin was moist, but it fell apart. On the other side, the cacao muffin was dry, yet it held together. So if you like your muffins particularly moist or particularly dry, give these a try. Flavor's decent, so perhaps just playing around with the amount of wet/dry ratio will help get these to the status of a household name in your gluten-free kitchen.
