Erik's Deli in Bay Area Accomdates Gluten Free

I stumbled upon a deli in the bay area with multiple locations that is gluten free friendly: Erik"s Deli Cafe. A gentleman from the corporate office offered me the following information about catering to those of us who are gluten free:

"We are working with our bread distributor to offer more gluten free bread options. However, for example our Capitola location welcomes customers to bring in their own gluten free bread and we will make a sandwich with character for them on the bread (other locations will also do the same, but I cannot answer with absolute certainly as the majority are owner/operated and not corporate owned (we encourage all owner/operators to accommodate customers with gluten free requests), but do know that the owner/operator or manager will be happy to answer any questions/address any concerns.

To be honest, because there are so many variables we cannot make a guarantee that Erik’s is 100% “gluten-free” friendly. However, we can assure you that we will make every effort to accommodate your special requests, whether it be speaking with a team member at one of our locations or bringing in your own gluten free bread for your sandwich. We do have some gluten free options but not many, for example we don't have gluten free bread."

Here are the gluten free suggestions from the menu:
