Gluten Free Breakfast & more in Las Vegas

Whenever I'm planning a trip, the first thing I start to research, more so than any of the travel accommodations, are what my gluten free food options might be. This time I'm planning a trip to Las Vegas, and the first thing I discovered in my search was a huge gluten free breakfast option, (and lunch options) at the Cracked Egg. They won the "best of" in 2004 and 2005, which was a while ago, but more recently they won best skillet breakfast in 2009, and on Urbanspoon about 85% of people really like this place. Sadly, there's not on or super close to the strip, but a 5 or so mile tax ride will get you there. However, it sounds like it might be worth a trip, as their gluten free menu is actually 2 pages, and most places list about five things you can have.

Besides for the Cracked Egg, I've started a list of other gluten free dining options that does not include chains you can find most places, like P.F. Chang's and Outback. My preliminary list is as follows:

Mon Ami Gabi, Inside the Paris Hotel, has a gluten free menu

The Yard House, inside the town square, has a gluten free menu

The Potato Valley Cafe, in downtown Las Vegas can accommodate

Maggianos, at the Fashion Show Mall can accommodate

Eiffel Tower, inside Paris Hotel, can accommodate

RMSeafood, Inside Mandalay Bay, can accommodate gluten free and most any other dietary requests especially with a 24 hr notice. They suggest calling ahead at 702-632-9300

Need a Sweet Fix?

Posh Cakes, Bakery offers gluten free muffins, cookies, and cupcakes (about 30 minutes from the strip)
Vosges Chocolates, inside Caesars Palace, has gluten free chocolates

***This is a work in progress so please let me know if you're had any positive GF food experiences on our near the Vegas strip.
