I opened up the bottle tonight, while prepping salads for lunch tomorrow, and had a taste. I give this product 1 1/2 (our of 2 of course) thumbs up! For being both gluten and dairy free I was impressed. It's tangy, but not too tangy, and has the general flavor of what a ranch should taste like. My husband, who's not gluten free says "It's not ranch, but it will do," meaning he'll eat it without much resistance. We both agreed our only qualm with it is we just wished it was a little thicker and more creamy.

I just ran out, Organicville is dairy free for my dairy allergic child!
I usually make my own too but I will look for this in the store.
I absolutely LOVE Organicville brand of everything. They are too good.
