Treasure Treats

Looking for a cookie to satisfy your sweet craving, then these are the cookie for you!

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups Tom Sawyer GF flour blend (or blend of your choice)
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
2 Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
3 In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
4 Beat in the egg then stir in the vanilla. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
5 Mix in the chocolate chips, coconut and pecans.
6 Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place the cookies 2 inches apart onto a non-greased cookie sheets.
7 Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
8 Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
