Claim Jumper Jumps on Board

Before I went gluten free, I recall having many nice, somewhat romantic meals at Claim Jumper, but after I switched my diet I found their gluten free menu lacking; a salad and some plain chicken were pretty much your options. For the new year I was going through my dining out binder, updating restaurant information, and was happily surprised to see that Claim Jumper had greatly expanded the GF selections. Now celiacs can enjoy more than just a salad. I'm personally excited about the shrimp and scallop skewers. I have not yet been, but plan to go for Valentine's Day.
