Gluten Free Retreat

I love to travel, but sometimes the lack of safe dining options discourages me. A while ago I was looking into hotels on the northern California coast, and then recently I got a surprising letter in the mail from one of the hotels I had been looking into: the Inn at Schoolhouse Creek. Based on how the letter was addressed it was sent out to all Living Without (a great gluten-free magazine) subscribers. However in case you don't subscribe to the magazine I thought I would share this encouraging information with you. Sometimes private inns have the lease amount of knowledge regarding the gluten free world, however this Inn has had a change of heart.
