Apple Cranberry Cobbler

Fall weather = Cobblers. You've got to try this one!

Ingredients
1/2 cup GF flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 apples: peeled, cored, sliced
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed

Crumb Topping
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup GF flour
1/2 cup butter

1 In a large bowl, combine flours, sugars, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2 Add apples and cranberries
3 Toss to coat with flour mixture
4 Place in casserole
5 For crumbs, in medium bowl, stir together flour and sugar and cut butter in until mixture is crumbly
6 Sprinkle over fruit mixture
7 Bake for 40-45 minutes at 400 degrees
8 Serve hot or cold over ice cream.
