Gluten Free Fish Nuggets

People on a gluten free diet no longer have to be deprived of fish and chips, and for me "chips" usually translates to mac and cheese. There's one little place in Oregon that I ate traditional fish and chips, gluten free style, but other than that I can't think of a time I've run across fish sticks or nuggets that were safe until recently.... but are they worth the cost?
Price point: $8.00 a box, but for that cost you do get 4 decent servings, as the nuggets are a hearty square and rather filling. They do take about 30 minutes in the oven, and should be flipped once, but they're worth the wait.  I've made chicken nuggets and fish nuggets before by attempting to bread my own, but it's just not the same. These frozen fish nuggets remind me of the fish sticks I had as a kid, but better. I pair them with ranch dressing, but ketchup works too. I highly suggest you treat yourself.

Glad to see your back to blogging! Fish sticks are a staple in this house, the boys absolutely love them! In one sitting Noah can eat around15 and Ethan takes in about 20! They really are a childhood favorite!
