Donut Experiment

I am now the proud owner of a mini donut pan.  I love the Kitchen Collection Store at the factory outlets; they always have that kitchen item you're looking for. Anyhow, I was on a mission to make some baked donuts.

I used Sofella Foods all purpose mix and made up some pretty little treats. I plan on trying a few other recipes for baked donuts, as well as borrowing my friend's fryer and making some fried donut holes.
