Zucchini Spaghetti

I'm doing my best to keep meals healthy and simple...and a smidgen experimental, so this time around I went with "Spaghetti" and meatballs in an unconventional manner. I cut zucchini into narrow strips like pasta, added a little sea salt and heated them in the microwave for a minute or so. Paired with turkey meatballs, and spaghetti sauce and away we went.

My husband had previously mentioned that he didn't like zucchini, so he gave it a try, but didn't like it, so I did what I normally do and sliced it regular, added salt, pepper, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, and heated it up. That he ate, but not happily.

Overall, I probably wouldn't do that again, but it was worth a shot.
