Natural Remedy for Inflammation

With working the long hours I have been, and the weather changing- cold and rainy, I'm very surprised that my joints aren't aching or bothering me more. For the last couple of years I've been taking a combination of vitamins for my arthritis- devil's claw, boswellia, and some other misc herbs. This year I decided to try something new: Oregon's Wild Harvest, Inflamma Shield. It really seems to make a difference. The cost of this one bottle equals or is a little less than my previous combination, and it means less clutter on my vitamin shelf. It's a combination of ginger root, nettle, turmeric, green tea herb, oregano, and rosemary. Sounds basic, and yet it really works. Go ahead, try it.
