Previously I wrote up a post about NewTree Chocolate, and since then I have more information about the gluten free status of their products. Here is a communication directly from the company:
Hi Debbie,
The following flavors are gluten-free, however, they are made in a facility that contains gluten:
Dark Cocoa
Lavender
Ginger
Cinnamon
Apricot
Everything else either contains gluten or trace amounts. Please let me know if you need further information.
