Pizza: it's a strong possibility that if needed, I could eat it every day. There sure are a selection of gluten free pizza crusts on the market, most are frozen, so now I often find myself questioning any gluten free bread-like products that are sitting on the shelf. Well, I found one that's worth it- Schar. Schar pizza is shelf stable and is sold in 2 packs for about $8.00.
At first glance and touch, I wasn't impressed, but I loaded it up with sauce and topping, popped in the microwave, and fifteen minutes later, I had one grubbing pizza. My husband loved it.
