A Kitchen Essential

Gluten Free or Not, the mini ice cream scoop/melon baller is a must for every kitchen. This is currently my favorite gadget in the kitchen. I have a large ice cream scoop, but this one is great for scooping into pints of ice cream and filling gluten free ice cream cones. Plus, it's the perfect size for making uniform cookies, mini cupcakes, and 4" pancakes. If you spend any amount of time in the kitchen you really must pick yourself up one of these. :-)
