I love that I can continue to discover places that offer gluten free dining options. There is yet another upscale place in downtown Sacramento that reviewed their menu for me and was told that their menu is about 85% + gluten free: Ella Dining Room and Bar. Similar to Lucca, their menu does change seasonally, so you won't have that static reliability of ordering the same thing every time that you have at chain restaurants, but then eating the same thing every time you go out seems boring to me.
Currently, "with the exception of the scallop dish, pastas and gnocchi pretty much everything is gluten free with the exception of a few items in which the crostinis or crackers can be removed in order to make them gluten free:" Josh Nelson
Everything on their menu sounds delicious, and I can't wait to have an opportunity to visit them in person.
