Baked Pesto Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 plum tomatoes
1/2 cup Pesto
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Seasoning to taste: salt, pepper, garlic

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line baking pan with heavy-duty foil.
3. Place chicken in baking pan.
4. Sprinkle with salt, peppre, and garlic to taste, then drizzle with pesto.
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
6. Remove from oven; top with tomatoes and cheese.
7. Bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
8. Drizzle with additional pesto sauce if you have it.
