Technically my birthday isn't until next week, but Friday night was a time when most of my friends and I could get together, so we all met up at the bowling alley. We carpooled with another couple, and hit up a pizza place (gluten free style, of course) and then checked out a local dive bar for some cheap shots, before we met everybody else.
When we got to the bowling alley we all grabbed something from the bar and hung out, but since the wait was a little longer than anticipated, some of our friends, who had to work Saturday, left early. Plus they weren't feeling 100%, so it's all good. I'm glad they still came out to say Hi.
Once we got our lanes, we decided to bowl boys against girls, sadly the girls lost, but we had more fun. And of course there was a lot of "playful" antagonizing going on.
Considering the people on our one side had 4 empty pitchers of beer on the table, and the table to our right was empty, we didn't trust anyone to take a picture of the whole group at the end of the night, so group shot #1 was taken by an add on to our group for the night, Mike #2 from Oklahoma (a coworker of a friend), so Violet could be in the picture.
And since Mike #2 was a nice addition the group for the evening it was only right for him to be a picture too.
We had a blast! Thanks to all for coming out and thanks to all who bought me a drink.

Looks like you had so much fun! So sorry that we couldn't be there-babysitters are hard to come by! Happy Birthday!
