I get excited when I find gluten free products at my local Costco, and today's visit was an exceptional one. I am so in love with Popchips, and last time I was at Costco they only had the large bags of original, but this time they had the large bag of the BBQ flavor. Man oh man these chips are amazingly good!
Then next to the Ritz crackers was a small pile of Crunchmaster crackers; some yummy crackers that I found at a Costco in SoCal earlier this year. I had brought them back in my large purse on the airplane and the security guy thought it was odd, but hey that's what us gluten free people have to do sometime. There are three trays of cheddar, and three trays of sesame for just $7.99.
Lastly, on may way out, I stopped on the snack bar aisle and found a box of nut clusters from True North. The ingredient list sounded safe but you can never be sure, so I called the company from Costco, and was told they were gluten free and that they would hopefully be listing that fact on the box soon. They're essentially just clusters of nuts glued together with some rice syrup, but a good healthy snack when you're in need of some fiber and protein.
And p.s. In case you did not know the Kirkland brand vanilla is gluten free and one of the best deals around! And so are their bacon bits.
