Cracker or chip?
Half cracker, half chip, Goldbaums zesty rice crisps are interestingly addictive. They come in three flavors: Original, Chili, and Garlic. I bought the garlic ones to try out, and the first association that came to mind was that they have the dry crunch of a crouton, yet they look like flat, round crackers. These crisps would be great topped with a dip or spread. While I love Glutino crackers, these crisps add a nice variety to my mix of gluten free favorites, and are a couple bucks cheaper than the Glutino crackers. Come on by Gluten Free Specialty in downtown Sacramento to pick up some.
