I'm greatly enjoying a bowl of cereal this morning. I haven't really enjoyed a bowl of cereal until recently, when I found GF Honey Nut Chex at my Super Walmart. They don't have the new formula GF ones at any of my grocery stores or at Target; only Walmart. Part of me wants to go and buy all the boxes off the shelf before General Mills decides that it's too much work or too much money to make their cereal available for those of us with Celiac. However for the time being, I'm very content with this sweet and crunchy breakfast.

I found the GF chex at Target in Elk Grove the other night... soon grasshopper... soon they may be everywhere :)
