We have a bird feeder on our patio and it attracts a party of finches every morning and late afternoon. Then about a month ago we got another visitor- a Dove, but I'm not so sure it knows its a Dove, as it took several tries to land on top of the bird feeder.
It was quite a show. Then a few days ago a pair of Doves came and were hanging out for a bit. Unlike the finches the Doves eat up all the dropped seeds that seem to land in our other potted plants. He's got his eye on you! Oh the fascinating world of birds.
