Cheese, Crackers, and Avocado

I love cheese and what's cheese without a cracker. At first I was in love with Nut Thins, but they're thin and more suitable for a spread. They crumble pretty easily so they general need to be popped in the mouth whole. Then I came across Glutino crackers, the original version. Similar in looks to a Ritz cracker, they simulate the texture and taste of a true cracker. Recently I saw the Glutino crackers in vegetable flavor, and fell in love. Top them with ham and cheese and they're delicious.

Another new favorite of mine are made by Crunchmaster. I've heard about them and some people are lucky to find them in their local Costco or Sam's Club locations. I was fortunate enough to pick them up when I was in southern California. For $7.99 I got 6 3.5 oz boxes of crackers: 3 were cheddar and 3 were toasted sesame. Absolutely delicious. Similiar to a Nut Thin in thickness, yet dissimilar as they don't break into a million pieces. I love the cheese ones with a little bit of avocado on top. It's a great snack.

I have to agree, these are quite tasty with pulled pork and avocado with a little Oli's sauce. Great with beans or soup. Slap on some chicken salad and yum!
