UFood Grill

Last fall I was given a flyer to a new restaurant in Roseville that is gluten free aware, and I finally had the opportunity to try them out this afternoon. UFood Grill has a generally healthy, simplistic menu. They offer sandwiches, wraps, bowls, and salads and for those of us on a gluten free diet, there still is a decent selection for us to dine on. I tried out their portable portabella mushroom wrap, minus the tortilla, plus brown rice, and found it to be uniquely tasty. Filling, mild in flavor, and not a calorie hog. Next time though I think I'll try to southwestern chicken bowl.

My partner, who is lucky enough to have regular bread ordered the french onion chicken melt, and found it to be just average, but would be willing to go back and order something else next time. So overall, decent place, resonably priced, however I wouldn't make a special trip to my nearest Ufood location, as it's a bit of a drive, but if I were near one, I certainly would stop by.
