Sour Cream & Chive Bread

I'm starting to experiment making more and more bread variations, but this is one of my favorite standbys.

Dry Ingredients
2 cups white rice flour (I use Tom Sawyer blend which already has xanthan gum in it)
1/2 cup tapioca starch flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup dry milk powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp yeast

Wet Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cider vinegar
3 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped chives

Procedure:
1 Mix all dry ingredients
2 Add in all wet ingredients
3 Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes
