To the cheese section and beyond!
When I discovered I needed to eat gluten free and that seemed to fix my digestive problems I was quite relieved I did not have to give up dairy as well. I don't drink milk, I drink Almond Breeze, but I do love sour cream and cream cheese, and of course, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Colby, Gouda, Havarti, shredded, sliced, cubed, melted.....you get the point. But lately I have not been feeling so great after consuming dairy, cheese specifically. And I heard an allergen doctor say sometimes things are just temporary and your body needs a break, so I'm going to try really hard not to consume dairy for the week and see how it goes. It's going to be super difficult for me, but I'm going to give it my full effort.
