Quick and Easy Popcorn Cake

Looking for a quick and easy snack to bring to a holiday party, then try this sweet out. Great presentation and always a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

1.5 bags popped popcorn
1 lb m & m's (although may also be good with reeses pieces)
1 cup peanuts
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup butter
1 lb marshmallows

Directions

1. Mix popcorn, M&Ms, and peanuts in large bowl.
2. Heat oil, butter, and marshmallows over medium heat until melted.
3. Stir frequently.
4. Pour marshmallow goodness over popcorn and blend together.
5. Spray Bundt cake pan with vegetable spray.
6. Press mixture lightly into pan and refrigerate until cool.
7. If pan is greased properly the cake should come out easily when turning pan upside down.
