What's for Dinner? Beef.

Beef Stroganoff. I'm not a huge beef lover, but I wanted to try something new and exciting in my big beautiful crockpot. The sauce was the perfect thickness! A nice, warm, hearty winter dish. With it being dark by 4:30pm, we had a nice big bowl of this dish sitting on the couch, with the slider open, letting in a nice winter air, cuddled up under the blanket, watching diggnation. Only an hour break from our busy lives, but it was a perfect hour. Enjoy the dish!
