Aloutette is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! It's super light and fluffy, more like a whipped dip or whipped cream cheese, which makes it very easy to eat half the container before you realize it. It is great with my current other favorite item, sweet potato tortilla chips. And I just had a great idea while I was typing this- I bet it would make unbelievably good mac and cheese.
