Liquid Chocolate Cake

Chocolate Cake Shooter
(GF Style)

1/2 oz Blue Ice Vodka
1/2 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
sugar
lemon wedge

Rub a lemon wedge around the top of a shot glass; dip in sugar. Mix equal parts Vodka and Frangelico into the ice cold shot glass. Drink the shot, and follow it immediately by just taking a lick of the lemon. This truly does taste like liquid chocolate cake and the lemon just helps sooth a little of the burn of the alcohol. And just because it's in a shot glass doesn't necessarily mean you have to drink it in a one swoop; if you want you can savor it a little longer.
