The Davis Food Co-Op continues to offer several gluten free cooking classes monthly. The pasta and ravioli class interests me greatly, but they all sound fun, since I'm a food-a-holic.And if you'll be traveling through Oregon anytime soon, you should visit Bob's Red Mill Store and check out what classes they're offering.
