Some people think that through the distillation process that alcohol started from a grain is ok for those who can not have gluten, but I still itch and have a reaction, so I did a lot of research for our holiday drinking special. Frangelico is a new favorite, and is great for adding moisture into brownies and chocolate cakes. We had a small holiday get-together with some friends of ours who know their drinks, to see if they noticed any similarities or differences with the gluten free beverages we selected for the show. I am proud to say this was the first night of drinking that I did not have any sort of allergy reaction.
