On my honeymoon my husband and I were determined to have gluten free smores around our fire pit on the beach. I premade gluten free graham crackers for us to use. Now months later I've discovered a gluten free graham cracker mix from Jules. While I think the mix is heading in the right direction, I think I'll be sticking with making my own graham crackers for now, as it needs some improvement. The dough and the crackers themselves were too dry and bland. However, with the right type of tweaking I think it could be a serious winner.
