Increase in GF Dining Options

I'm super excited about 3 new possible gluten free dining options in the Sacramento area. The first is Pearl on the River; a nice, romantic restaurant, who's menu is seasonal. Therefore there is no "gluten free menu" but everything is made from fresh items, and ingredients can easily be added or subtracted from each dish. A friend of mine who is gluten free recently dined here and said that the food was absolutely delicious.

Then in the Roseville area there is Paul Martin's American Bistro, who again makes everything from scratch, and prides themselves on fresh and local. Overall they have a favorable rating on urbanspoon.com and you can read a review about the food and atmosphere here.

The third is an Asian bistro in the Howe 'bout Arden area: Lemon Grass. The manager was able to tell me that there is no dedicated prep area for gluten free menu items. However, they will do their best to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable dining experience. I know the copy of the menu is not the best but at least you can get an idea of what you can have.
