Cherrybrook Kitchen Brand: Hit & Miss
Cherrybrook Kitchen is a company that makes gluten free cake mixes, frosting, breakfast mixes, and cookies. I had tried their cake and frosting mixes a while back and found them completely gross and not the right consistency. But then about 2 months ago a new item appeared on the shelf: vanilla graham mini cookies by Cherrybrook Kitchen. Since I have yet to find anything else gluten free that resemebles a vanilla wafer I was intrigued, but the fact that they were made by Cherrybrook and that their price was alittle too high caused me to just walk by. Several times I looked at them and pondered "they could be good" and then one day a friend of mine took the $5 gamble and won. They are quite yummy and can be crushed to make a great cookie crust. Just had to share.

I too have tried Cherrybrook Kitchen and thought that they weren't up to speed. They tasted off and your right about the consistency.I tried their products 3 times and finally gave up. Maybe they have finally found a home run. I will look for them in the market. Thanks for the SHARE.
