Glutino Spinach & Feta Frozen Pizza

I've made some very yummy gluten free pizza from scratch but every now and then I want something simple and the average person would order pizza, or pop a frozen pie into the oven. Thankfully there are some decent gluten free frozen pizza's out there. I've had Amy's Rice Crust Cheese Pizza, and it's good, but I don't really want to spend $8.99 on a frozen pizza. I was in Whole Foods on a gluten free food binge, and I say binge because sometimes it is so difficult to find a wide selection of gluten free foods, and when you see new items, you just want to buy and try them all. This time I bought the Glutino Spinach and Feta Pizza. It's the perfect individual serving size, with a reasonable calorie count for it being a pizza (430 for the whole 6" pie), meaning I didn't feel guilty about eating it all. The crust was sturdy enough for me to actually pick up a piece and eat it and it was a great consistency. When I haven't had bread for awhile I really crave that right mix of crunchy and doughy. It could have come with a little bit more cheese, but I just sprinkled some extra on it since I'm a big cheese lover. Overall I was very pleased and satisfied with the pizza for $4.99 and recommend it for both the GF and non GF crowd.

I use the glutino frozen pizza crust rounds for "make your own" night with the kids. Since both kids are now dairy free we use the soy and rice cheeses but they come out really nummy!!!!
