Glutino Bagels- YUM!

I've really been missing a good yummy bagel until now! I have a recipe to make bagels, and they turn out pretty well, except they get hard by day 3 or 4 and are quite time-consuming to make. On a trip to my local Whole Foods I picked up a package of Glutino sesame seed bagels, and while I'd much prefer a cinnamon raisin bagel, I figured I'd try them out. My best friend and I split the package so we could both try them, and with garden vegetable cream cheese, I was in breakfast heaven. And for the price point of $6 for 6 giant bagels, they are one of the reasonably priced gluten free foods out there. I haven't yet met a product by Glutino that I didn't like; they seem to know how to do things right.

I too like Glutino Bagels. I tried them a long time ago. I found that they were a little grainy in one package and the other one was fine. I don't remember which 2 I bought though. I still want to make them but they seem like so much trouble and they do dry out quickly as you said; even the Glutino. Keep frozen until use. Put in air tight freezer bags.

The kiddies like these lots now that I've found the "right" toaster setting for them. They get hard quick when toasted wrong, bit of a learning curve but now we're toastin!

Yum with PB on them - great breakfast!
