Great Risotto

I had not had really good risotto until last night. Now mind you it did come out of a box; it wasn't homemade like I prefer things to be, but hey you can't cook from scratch every time, right? Target brand Archer Farms makes a variety of risottos, a few which are gluten free and we had the 4 cheese variety last night and it was delicious. If you can have cheese I recommend you try it.
