Have you tried any of the Orgran products? I recently tried the chocolate mousse, which was super easy to make, and pretty tasty. I was in a playful mood at the time, and decided to take things one step further by adding in fresh strawberry puree. The product remained the perfect consistency for eating out of a serving dish.
However, I thought it would be fun to make it into a mousse pie, so I made up a graham cracker crust, and poured my mousse in. Alas, my pie was a flop. The mousse didn't thicken up anymore in the fridge, so when I took it out of my cheesecake mold it became runny. It sure did take good though.
