I'm not one to typically buy a cheesecake, and it's not something I make on a somewhat regular basis either. I do love a good cheesecake, but they're just so dang high in calories. Pamela's Products offers both mini and small cheesecakes, and the mini ones are perfect as a treat or a dessert for one if you're having a dinner at a non gluten-free friendly place. They offer multiple flavors, like raspberry, hazelnut, plain, agave sweetened, and my favorite: lemon! For $5.00 a piece they sure are a nice, decedent treat. And you can't tell the difference. Only bummer for some of you, is that they all contain dairy.
