It's been on my to do list to try out a recipe for flourless cookies from
King Arthur. I've made a pretty tasty flourless torte but other than that I haven't made anything else flourless. Considering these cookies are mainly powdered sugar, I thought they'd be sweeter. The dough was pretty firm to mix up, and I was weary about it being too thin that it was going to run all over my cookie sheet, but it didn't. They are rather delicate so be careful when migrating them from the cookie sheet to the cooing rack, but otherwise they're pretty tasty. A glass of milk is a must with these.
