I hope everyone had a safe and fun New Year's Eve. Mike and I didn't exactly do what we were planning, but then that just means we started the year being spontaneous. The actual activities of the evening are best kept quite, but I will say there were drinks, fire, in addition to fireworks, and lots of laughs with a random group of people.
I love to randomly document life, and felt this picture summed up the evening perfectly. We look like two stay puft marshmallow people, but at 33 degrees on New Year's Eve you've got to layer to stay warm if you're going to be outside for a prolonged period of time.
