I never used to be a big pancake fan, but there sure are a lot of gluten free pancakes mixes on the market. This time, we review pancake mixes from Gluten Free Pantry and King Arthur Flour. All we can say is that last time we reviewed pancake mixes we had a close race. Unfortunately for one of these two participants, this joust had a clear winner.
